Mr. Qing is a highly regarded, business-savvy consultant and adviser with more than 10 years of experience working with corporate boards and C-level business teams. His ability to piece together a high performance team and his vast network of professional services providers, including attorneys, accountants and appraisers have been the major contributing factors to Metaway’s success and profitability. He has built a strong management team in both the US and Asia. Mr. Qing possesses extensive knowledge and experience in various investment realms that range from commercial real estate development to low-mid market merger and acquisitions. He has a proven track record of identifying trends in different industries, isolating opportunities where there are hidden values and then turning those opportunities into attractive acquisitions and investment opportunities for clients. He knows how to cultivate relationships at the most senior level, influence key decision-makers, successfully structure and close complex transactions.
Mr. Yang, a founding partner of Metaway International Group and Metaway Capital, started his investment career in 2010 when he established the first Metaway company for the purpose of global investment with his partners from both the US and China. Prior to this venture, he had been working for Shenhua Group, a leading energy corporation in China since 2003.
During his 7 years of investment career, Mr. Yang and his partners managed over $200 Millions of projects including Private Placement, VC/PE fund and Real Estate investments. With a focus on real estate investment, Mr. Yang has invested, managed and/or developed over 1 million sq. ft of commercial assets including hospitality investment, stable assets acquisition, office/mix-use development in the Greater Washington DC and New York area of USA and Inner Mongolia region of China.
Mr. Yang and his team always follow his own investment principle: Take LOW risk, secure medium return. So far, Mr. Yang and his team have averaged about 20% of IRR achievement in the investment portfolios he managed.
Mr. Pang has over 35 years of experience as a practicing attorney. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, an honor and privilege bestowed only on a select group of seasoned attorneys. Mr. Pang is also a consultant to the Department of Commerce, an adviser to the JCCT on China and a contributor to the S&ED for the State Department. He was recently honored by the White House as a top 100 Asian American Business Leader and was invited to the White House for a select program on expansion of trade with Asian countries. Mr. Pang was recently nominated to serve on the China Committee, the Asian Pacific Committee and the Committee on Anti-corruption of the American Bar Association Section of the International Law. He has written and published numerous chapters and books on technology transfer, trade secret protection and business alliances for several publishers. Mr. Pang is an active member and designee of the Office of the Governor of Michigan, the Honorable Rick Snyder, on the Steering Committee on enhancing trade and better relations with the People’s Republic of China, including exploratory discussions on ways the State of Michigan can support and conserve Giant Pandas. Mr Pang formerly worked with Governor Jerry Brown of California on a similar project and is well connected politically in Washington as well as California. As Mr. Pang has often said: We are China Experts, but we are also Global Visionaries.

Mr. Tucker is a business attorney in the corporate practice area. His experience includes representation of issuers and underwriters in public offerings, ongoing securities compliance and capital markets transactions. He has represented venture capitalists, emerging companies and private equity funds. Mr. Tucker has completed numerous public, private and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, representing financial and strategic buyers, sellers and controlling stockholders, and public offerings for international clients in a wide variety of industries, including software, online retailing, professional services, consumer products, biotechnology, financial services, and manufacturing and REITs. He has represented clients from China, Latin America and Canada in public and private offerings in the U.S. capital markets.
Mr. Tucker has represented start-up companies in structuring their business, locating capital and building a strong foundation for the growth of the business. He also represents international venture capitalists and other institutional and individual investors in these companies and represents clients in transactional matters in the Middle East and North Africa.
Mr. Tucker has spoken on securities laws topics such as the public offering process and compliance with the mandates of Sarbanes-Oxley as well as many topics that affect emerging companies, including trends in venture capital. While in law school, he was Lead Articles Editor for The Tax Lawyer. Mr. Tucker was selected by his peers from 2006 to 2016 for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.
